It's a short health check on how easily people can find, understand and visit your church. You answer 37 questions about your website, social media, guest journey, Sunday service and vision, and you get a score for each area with practical next steps.
A report on screen straight away: an overall score, a score and short summary for each of the five areas, the one area we'd suggest starting with, and three concrete next steps. You can print it or take it into a team meeting.
About ten minutes. Think of it as a ten minute investment in the growth of your church!
Five areas:
- Website — can people find your service times, location and what to expect?
- Social media — do your posts show real church life, and are they regular?
- Visitor journey — from the road to the car park to the front door, is it clear where to go and who to ask?
- Sunday experience — can a guest follow the service and know what to do next?
- Vision — do your people know where the church is heading and how they fit?
Most are straightforward: No, Not fully, Mostly, or Yes. A few ask for numbers, like how many first-time visitors you see in a month. Answer for how things actually are, not how you'd like them to be — the report is only as useful as the honesty you put into it. You can go back and change an answer at any point.
No. If you're not sure, that's useful information in itself.
Either works. On your own it's quick and you'll have a clear picture in ten minutes. With two or three other leaders it takes longer, but the conversation you have while answering can be as valuable as the report.
No. It says nothing about the spiritual health of your church, the quality of your preaching or the faithfulness of your people. A church can be deeply healthy and still be hard to find, confusing to visit or unclear about where it's going. That's all this measures.
You'll be asked for your name, email, church and role at the end so we can prepare your report. Your answers are stored securely and used for that report and any follow-up conversation you want to have. We will never sell or share them.
